1.2 Basic Business Function 2: Rules for Collection and Use of Personal Information for "Real-Name Authentication"

Before you subscribe to or activate any product/service we provide, in accordance with the laws and regulations of mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), we need to conduct real-name authentication on you.

If the account you use belongs to an individual, you need to provide us with your real name and type and number of identity document to complete real-name authentication. We will provide your real name and identity document number to Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. (contact: 【95188】), and Alipay will collect your facial recognition information for comparison and verification, thereby verifying your true identity.

If the account you use belongs to an enterprise or organization, you can complete real-name authentication in the following two ways: (1) If you choose the legal representative facial recognition authentication method, you need to provide us with the enterprise name, Unified Social Credit Code, legal representative's name, and legal representative's identity document number; (2) If you choose the enterprise public account transfer authentication method, you need to provide us with the enterprise name, Unified Social Credit Code, legal representative's name, bank of deposit, and bank account number (China UnionPay member institution Type I bank account or credit card number), and your company will complete the public account transfer and verify the transfer amount to complete real-name authentication. We will provide the aforementioned authentication information you provided to Hangzhou TianGu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (E-Sign, contact: 【esign.cn】), and E-Sign will collect your facial recognition information for comparison and verification, thereby verifying your true identity.

If you cannot provide basic identity information or facial recognition information, you will not be able to use the products/services of this platform. Except as otherwise provided above, unless you voluntarily choose or are required by relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide the above information to external parties or use it for purposes other than this function.

1.3 Basic Business Function 3: Rules for Collection and Use of Personal Information for "Balance Recharge"

This platform provides you with balance recharge services. When you choose to recharge your balance, the information we need to collect and process includes: your order information (including product type, order serial number, order time, and payment amount), your payment order number from the third party (WeChat), payment status, etc., to complete the transaction and provide reconciliation services. Please note that this platform adopts a billing model. If you do not provide the above information and complete the recharge service, we may not be able to provide you with the products/services of this platform.

1.4 Basic Business Function 4: Rules for Collection and Use of Personal Information for Improving and Optimizing Services and Ensuring Account Security

The basic functions we provide require certain information to operate. When you use our products and services, you need to provide or allow us or the third-party NetEase Yidun (contact: 【dun.163.com】) to collect the necessary information, including:

(1) Device information: We collect your device ID, IP address, mobile phone number, operation data, crash data, physical and network environment information of the device and its location, resolution, time zone, and language information to understand the adaptability of the product to different hardware devices, ensure the safety of the operating environment, identify abnormal account status, analyze product usage, investigate crash causes, reduce crashes, continuously improve our products, and ensure account and system security.

(2) Log information: When you browse or use this platform, in order to ensure the normal operation and operational security of the website and services, prevent network attacks and intrusion risks, and more accurately identify violations of laws, regulations, or relevant agreements and service rules of this platform, we will collect your IP address, resolution, time zone, language, and other device information, network access method and type information, and interface operation and service request records. This information is basic information that we must collect to provide services and ensure the normal operation and network security of services. After you complete the recharge, you can click "Apply for Invoice" in the "Invoice Issuance" module. We need to collect your invoice amount, fee item name, title name and tax number, email, and mobile phone number for invoice issuance. If you do not provide the above information, it will not affect your normal use of other basic functions of this platform.

1.6 Extended Business Function 2: Rules for Collection and Use of Personal Information for "Work Order Feedback"

To resolve issues you encounter when using this platform, including but not limited to account cancellation, real-name authentication, and recharge-related issues, you can provide feedback to us through work orders. You need to provide us with the email address for receiving feedback, problem description, and relevant attachments, as well as user consultation records, failure reports, and troubleshooting processes (such as communication or call records) generated from your use of this platform and related services. We will record and analyze this information to respond to your help requests more promptly and to improve our services. Please note that if you do not provide the above information, you will not be able to submit a work order normally, but it will not affect your continued use of other basic functions of this platform.

1.7 Extended Business Function 3: Rules for Collection and Use of Personal Information for "Business Cooperation"

If you have needs for business ecosystem cooperation or technical cooperation, you can contact us through the "Business Cooperation" module. You need to provide us with your name, contact phone number, enterprise or organization name, your email, and specific needs, so that we can contact you and establish business cooperation. Please note that the above information is not necessary for this platform to collect. If you do not provide it, it will not affect your normal use of other functions of this platform.

In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may process your personal information in accordance with the law without obtaining your consent in the following circumstances:

5.2 Deleting Your Personal Information

If you no longer use our products or services, or have canceled your user account;
If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

We will stop providing products or services to you and delete/anonymize your personal information in accordance with the law, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

If you have created any organization account before canceling your user account: 1) If the account belongs to you personally, the account will be canceled together; 2) If the account belongs to an organization or enterprise, its owner authority will be transferred to other member users.

You have the right to cancel your user account, report, or file a complaint. To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request and prove your identity in other ways.
