User Recharge Agreement

Dear User, to protect your legitimate rights and interests, please read this Recharge Agreement in its entirety and carefully before clicking the "Purchase" button. By clicking the "Purchase Now" button, you indicate that you have read and understood the contents of this Agreement and agree to conduct recharges and use your balance in accordance with the rules set forth herein. If you do not accept any part or all of this Agreement, please do not click the "Purchase Now" button.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the SiliconFlow Platform. The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement reached between users who recharge on the platform (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and Beijing Silicon Flow Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SiliconFlow") regarding recharge and balance usage.

When you confirm this Agreement by clicking "Purchase Now" online or otherwise, or when you actually make a recharge, it means that you have understood the contents of this Agreement and agree to be bound by it, including but not limited to the main text of this Agreement and all rules, standards, announcements, instructions, and/or notices regarding the services that SiliconFlow has published or may publish in the future, as well as all other website rules and policies. All foregoing rules constitute an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text of the Agreement.

SiliconFlow reserves the right to modify the relevant contents of this Agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations and actual business operational needs, and to publish such modifications in advance on the software system, website, etc. to notify users. The modified terms shall take effect on the date specified in the published notice. If you choose to continue recharging, it means you agree to and accept the modified Agreement and are bound by it; if you do not agree with our modifications to this Agreement, please immediately cease recharging or stop using this service.

Please note that this Agreement limits the liability of SiliconFlow as well as your liability. Specific clauses will be highlighted in bold and underlined to draw your attention. SiliconFlow urges you to read them carefully. If you have any questions regarding the terms of this Agreement, please inquire through the customer service channel (email: contact@siliconflow.cn), and SiliconFlow will explain the contents of the terms to you. If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, or cannot accurately understand SiliconFlow's interpretation of the terms, please do not agree to this Agreement or use the services under this Agreement.

2. Definitions

2.1 SiliconFlow Platform Personal Recharge Consumption Account: hereinafter referred to as the "Consumption Account", refers to the account automatically configured for the User by SiliconFlow based on the User's SiliconFlow Platform account. The act of the User recharging this account shall be deemed as the User prepaying service fees to SiliconFlow, and such prepaid service fees may be used to purchase products or services provided by the SiliconFlow Platform.

2.2 Recharge Package: refers to the service fee prepayment recharge packages of varying amounts provided by SiliconFlow to Users. Recharge Packages generally refer to custom recharge packages, meaning prepaid fees with an amount customized by the User.

3. Recharge Conditions

When you recharge, you must have a SiliconFlow Platform account that has successfully passed real-name authentication.

4. Account Security

4.1 When conducting a recharge, the User shall carefully confirm their account and information. If harm to the User's own rights and interests is caused by factors such as improper operation, lack of understanding, or insufficient understanding of the recharge billing method, resulting in recharging the wrong account or selecting the wrong recharge type, the User shall bear the liability.

4.2 When the User uses services provided by third-party payment enterprises during recharge, the User shall comply with the various agreements and service rules of such third parties; during the use of third-party payment services, the User shall properly safeguard personal information, including but not limited to bank account numbers, passwords, verification codes, etc.; the User agrees and acknowledges that SiliconFlow shall not bear any liability for disputes arising from third-party payment services.

5. Recharge Methods

5.1 Users may choose third-party payment enterprises recognized by SiliconFlow (currently Alipay and WeChat Pay) to pay the recharge amount.

5.2 If a User entrusts a third party to recharge their Consumption Account, the User represents and warrants that they know and trust such third party, and that such third party is also aware of and agrees to accept the User's entrustment to recharge for the User; otherwise, if SiliconFlow is informed by the third party that such recharge was not made with the third party's consent, SiliconFlow has the right to immediately lock the User's Consumption Account (during the account lock-up period, SiliconFlow will suspend the User's use of services and simultaneously lock the User's API keys, the same applies hereinafter). Within 30 days from the date the User's Consumption Account is locked, the User shall provide sufficient evidence proving that the third party had prior consent to recharge on their behalf; otherwise, the User agrees and authorizes SiliconFlow to comply with the third party's request to refund the corresponding amount from the User's locked Consumption Account to the third party. If the balance in the User's Consumption Account is insufficient for the refund at that time, the User agrees to recharge the shortfall within 30 days at the latest and entrust SiliconFlow to refund it, or to refund it from their WeChat account or Alipay account on their own, unless the third party agrees that the User need not refund this portion of the amount.

5.3 The User represents and warrants the legality of the funding sources used for recharging their Consumption Account; otherwise, SiliconFlow has the right to cooperate with the requirements of judicial authorities or other competent government authorities to take corresponding measures regarding the User's Consumption Account, including but not limited to locking the User's Consumption Account.

6. Recharge Amount and Recharge Bonuses

6.1 Recharge Amount refers to the amount you actually pay when conducting an online recharge (in RMB), excluding any bonus amounts, and may be freely consumed on the SiliconFlow Platform.

6.2 Recharge Bonus Amount refers to the amount granted in addition to the Recharge Amount pursuant to promotional activities launched by the SiliconFlow Platform from time to time (including but not limited to cash bonuses/red envelopes, etc.). Recharge Bonus Amounts are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and no invoices shall be issued for them. Recharge Bonus Amounts will be distributed in accordance with the corresponding activity rules and used in accordance with the corresponding usage rules.

6.3 Users may choose to purchase Recharge Packages to recharge their Consumption Account based on their actual needs and the minimum amount required by the software system. A Recharge Package takes effect immediately upon successful purchase, has no expiration date, and may be used on a cumulative basis. When the amount in the User's Consumption Account is depleted or the balance is insufficient, the User will be unable to use the platform services.

7. Use of Account Balance

7.1 After you recharge, the use of your account balance has no expiration date and cannot be transferred or gifted. Therefore, please select a recharge amount based on your consumption needs; SiliconFlow does not impose restrictions on the number of recharges.

7.2 Upon a successful recharge, you may immediately begin using the corresponding products or services.

8. Invoices

SiliconFlow will issue the corresponding invoice based on the actual consumed amount in accordance with the product or service agreement you have subscribed to, after your recharge amount has been consumed.

9. Refund

9.1 You should fully estimate your actual needs and determine the recharge amount. Due to the continuous token consumption characteristic of the platform's API, Consumption Accounts generally do not support refunds. If you must request a refund due to special circumstances, you may contact the platform's customer service for a refund of the unconsumed recharge amount and cooperate by providing relevant supporting documentation. SiliconFlow will review the User's refund request. If the review is approved, the corresponding recharge amount will be returned via the original payment method selected by the User at the time of recharge, and the corresponding handling fee will be deducted.

9.2 Recharge amounts only support a one-time refund, and Recharge Bonus Amounts (including but not limited to cash bonuses/red envelopes and similar non-cash discounts) are not eligible for refund applications. Once a refund application is initiated, the Recharge Bonus Amounts shall become invalid at the time of the refund application.

9.3 Amounts that you have consumed after completing a recharge or that shall be deducted in accordance with the relevant product or service agreement shall not be refunded.

10. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute between the User and SiliconFlow arising from this Agreement, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, such dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the People's Court of Haidian District, Beijing.
